Her 1st Birthday Party

The entrepreneurship stimulated from my baby's 1st birthday party in March 2020. It was Minnie Mouse themed and I wanted her...really me...party to be Minnie themed all the way out. I'm a first time mom (you know how some of us get), and I wanted her (me) to have the absolute best and cutest party. I'm a planner, so I practiced decorating cookies for months. Had no clue about royal icing consistencies, but I was dedicated to learn. I literally practiced morning, noon, and night. Buying bags of confectioner's sugar. The cashier would always say, "Someone is about to do some baking." I would reply, "I'm a baker." I claimed it. I owned it. It was mine. You would have thought I was entering into a $1,000,000.00 contest. I ventured into airbrushing. I thought that would be a breeze, like who doesn't know how to airbrush...meeeeeee! (At the time.) I was heavy handed on the trigger, which lead to under spray. You're probably thinking, why not just buy the darn cookies. Noooooooooooo...I wanted to make those Minnie Mouse cookies! Some bakeries don't get it right and I wanted my cookies made right and to taste good. I got so many complements on those cookies and from there started my own bakery.
